    you definitely forgot a bunch of foods on that list but i cant believe how
    many idiots commented below doubting and denying these foods as being
    super! too much of anything is bad duh! if you use some common sense and
    balance these foods are absolutely superb

    honestly bro this list isn’t even close to accurate, Superfoods are loaded
    with vitamins and minerals not just protein. I can tell you that beef,
    chicken, fish and eggs are not superfoods in fact they are bad foods. Yes
    they are rich in protein but 1. They are high in cholestorol 2. High in
    saturated fats 3. The macronutrients and minerals they contain are
    difficult for the human body to absorb. 50% of protein is lost when cooked
    anyway. Veges will always win!

    Is he a nutritionist or a doctor? just a ordinary guy post his opinion on
    the youtube which is free and any body can do it, so do not take his
    opinion as a truly statement.

    6,000,000,000 people and 6,000,000,000 different opinions. Fast forward to
    people who actually waste their time listing “superfoods.” Vegans say it
    raw veggies and fruits; Paleo say it’s grass-fed meats, wild salmon, etc.,;
    long distance truck drivers say beer, babes and whatever is on the menu at
    a truck stop; doctors don’t have a clue, they just prescribe drugs;
    Naturopaths are closest generally; teenage girls would blink and laugh;
    teen boys it would be coke, Big Mac and fries, etc.

    these are not superfoods! you’ve simply listed healthy foods that are good
    to eat. as others have already mentioned…spirulina, maca, cacao, hemp
    seeds, bee pollen, chlorela, noni, aloe vera, coconut…these are examples
    of true ‘a list’ superfoods. lame video from an amateur posing as an
    expert…

    I already told you. you can make your workout sessions much more productive
    if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. And I saw an
    interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he

    It would be a shame for you not to build muscle when these people are able

    Alot of these are not really superfoods. Plus it’s also very important to
    eat food that produces an alkaline reaction in the body.

    Chicken and beef and fish have a lot of fat no matter how lean they are.
    Fish is healthy but has tremendous of fat.

    A super food is a food that has a lot of nutrients and vitamins, and can
    not make you fat. 6 small meals a day is a myth. Heres a fact: It doesnt
    matter when you eat it, but the quality and quantity of it.
