    A very informative video. Apples and oatmeals I already have most of the
    time but i’m discovering how yummy blueberries are so good in salads. As
    for grapefruits, I am sold on the idea that it takes more calories to burn
    half a grapefruit. while its bitter, is there anyway to sort of match
    another healthier item with it to offset that? Dark chocolate rocks – 70%
    is easy to find at my work as its the one that no one likes to buy. Ha ha.
    I shall try that breakfast bowl. Yum. Did I mentioned I subscribed to you

    That’s funny, I have the Hasfit app. and downloaded the diet and they
    quoted in there not to eat a lot of fruit especially oranges and tropical
    fruit and I don’t know why.

    i blend in ninja blender…1 cup grapefruit juice….1 cup frozen
    blueberries..1 cup frozen strawberries…veg protein powder …wheat grass
    powder….all powders from synergy…..fresh broccoli…for a
    super antioxidant kick!!

    I just dont understand, what quantities of blueberries each day? A handful?

    How many apples to see a benefit? One a day?

    How much dark chocolate to see a benefit?

    Now mention of quantities to get the benefits
